"Shower was missing a shower head Door was already open to my room"

"After booking on line remotely, staff required $100 credit card hold in person for incidentals for a prepaid reservation. It might not have been so bad if that had been disclosed up front, but had it been, we would have never books at the AVID by IHG hotel........ BAIT and SWITCH tactics at best. Very rude manager and staff who all need to find another form of work. I will never stay at nor recommend anyone stay at an AVID by IHG hotel again."

"Everything was good with the staff and property was good. Something about the water pressure was bad and had no pressure whatsoever. The most important for anyone man or woman. Is a great high powered hot shower to wake you up and knock your wig off."
