"booked a room for 3 but realised only a double bed was provided to us. went to enquire and front desk staff kindly gave us additional room without requiring additional payment as their superior family room was fully booked. Otherwise, stay was pleasant! "

"Staff was great upon check-in. Rooms are a bit small, but they are updated nicely. The bathroom tap has a big carbon filter on it for drinking water and it actually tastes good. Happy with this stay. "

"Nice small hotel with smart TV. The street can be slightly noisey due to being in the centre of Chinatown. However it was a good stay in front of the hawker centre and had great restaurants in the surrounding area. The walls are thin!"

"It may be an Ibis budget but facilities and customer service were excellent. From checking in to leaving, reception staff were always welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. My room as expected was small but perfectly adequate as a base, as this hotel is right in the centre of the city and only a short taxi ride from the airport. Perfect for a solo female traveller, couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
