"The property was in a great location, with a view of the ocean and a very short walk to restaurants and shops. The room was not fancy but well appointed and comfortable with a large upper deck to enjoy a view of the ocean and its breezes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for a visit to Rapa Nui."

"Excellent value and location. Staff was wonderful, very helpful. Property is dated but clean and functional."

"Property is old and kind of off the main district. Probably a 15 minute walk. It was basic and ok, but you get what you pay for."

"J’ai passé un très bon séjour à Cabanas manito. Les hôtes sont très avenant, ils n’hésitent pas à rendre service quand on en a besoin. Très agréable, et le logement se trouve dans un parc magnifique, bananiers avocatiers manguiers, tous les jours j’avais des avocats frais et gratuits. J’y retournerai sans hésiter"

"Cclean room"

"The Host made us feel most welcome, and was very accommodating of all our needs. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the whole island in general is a magical place. 10 out of five stars. I highly recommend ."

" Very nice location and kind owner"

"Room was exactly how it was depicted. Super clean and modern for the island. It is quiet and secluded which is what I value. My host Lani greeted me and was extremely responsive to my texts when I had questions. I am planning to return to Rapa Nui and this is the only place I’d stay."

"The room had everything I needed - a coffee station, a fridge, a very nice bathroom and a fan. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are just the two owners a mother and son duo that helped me sort out everything on the island from transportation to tours and more all to my request. The only downside about this stay is the distance from the center of town but if you rent a car as most of the visitors do in the island it's irrelevant."

"For those looking for simple, affordable place with nice, helpful staff at a good value, this is a good place to stay. There is only WiFi in the lobby, and not great even then (very slow). Pool is a nice amenity. In sum, good value hotel."
