While the room was clean and they have definitely made an effort to update the overall property, my room had a smell that was not good (I can’t place what it was- but it was strong). "Very nice, newer or newly renovated property. Front desk staff very friendly upon check-in. Room was very well-appointed, clean, and roomy. No noise from the road or other rooms. Had a little trouble with the AC controls but easily overcome. Bed very comfy, especially the pillows. Very clean bathroom with tons of counter space. Breakfast was nice but they didn’t offer non-dairy milk options (I asked and was told there were none). This needs to be addressed. But definitely recommend this...

"The space was nice and everything but the bed needs a new mattress. It has a pillow topper but the mattress dips so that the sides are higher and you lean towards the center. If you don't have to share the bed, then no problem. I admit, I sleep near the edge of the bed and I'm a side sleeper. Other than this, everything else is great. I would suggest to the owner to remove the AC in the bedroom because the one in the living room is sufficient for the whole space and there's a ceiling fan...
