"Water pressure near zero. Had to check out a day early because of medical issue. Motel management tries to cheap out of full refund of one day charge by $20. Even then wanted the security code for my card (BIG fraud alert there). Expedia of no help at all."

"The location by the Mississippi River is beautiful. The train tracks running beside it caused us to be woken up 2 or 3 times in the night. The town of Louisiana is tired and old, has few restaurants. The property is tired and old, has poor wifi. Stop look at the river and go on down the road….. stay elsewhere!"

"Gal at front desk just great, very helpful . Clean, quiet. Nice breakfast. Highly Recommend."

"It seems to be still under some remodeling in the room, but was clean... Even tho the bathroom window was frosted glass it still needs a blind.. I kept the light off."

"Best place Ive stayed period. 100 percent recommend"

"We had a wonderful time - very quiet country location, the manager is friendly but not invasive. First time I have heard a whippoorwill sing in many years. "
