"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."
"The hotel is well situated. Walking distance to bus waiting station, airport limo service waiting. Walking distance to Haeungdae beach, subway, E24 and CU minimal open 24/5. Quiet and safe place,"
"Arrived at 330pm and was told checking would not start until 4pm even though the room was ready. Come back 30 mins later and the guy was stressing as everyone come back at 4pm to check in. I think sometimes you can break the rules to stop this happening."
"Wonderful hostel. We had a twin room with a private bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy. Common areas were wonderful. Upon arrival there was a cute basket of goodies (face masks, shaver, toothbrush, etc.). A lot of effort was put into making sure everyone feels comfortable and at home.
My only qualm was that there was a damp smell in our bathroom."

"Location was perfect, walkable distance from restaurants, convenience stores and stores. Close to Semyon station, so central to all locations through Busan."
"Biggest plus for this hotel was its location - close location to the Busan station and plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The room was fine with modern amenities, including something I have never come across before - a clothes steamer/sanitizer. My main gripe was a personal one and may not be an issue for others. The bed was too firm for me and pillows too high, which meant I did not sleep well. Hotel should consider having a stock of different pillow heights/firmness. I would think...
