"The property overall was good. The breakfast was more than we expected. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. We stayed 3 nights and the only hot shower I got was on the last morning, when the hotel was practically empty. The front desk said that the water issue was due to the hotel being sold out. Being on the 3rd floor with no elevator was pretty bad . . . due to not being a le to breathe easily. "Priced accordingly, this is a tough place to stay. Poor quality mattresses and linens. Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. Baseboard heat makes the room go from 50° tov100° and is supplemented by a portable electric space heater. Creaky floors, covered in delaminating, separating Pergo. Evidence of past leaks and rotting window sills--really the list of deficiencies is the only thing impressive here. ...
