"The property was very old and dirty. I had no hot water to shower and our tv did not work. I will never stay there again."

"The room smelled horrible. The rug was dirty, couldn’t even walk barefoot. There was chipped paint all over the floor by the ac and front door. The fridge didn’t work well tv didn’t have any channels that worked. The bed sheets were stained. It was just not a place I’d stay at again. I felt grossed out."

"I stayed here for two nights when I came into town for a concert. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Detroit. There is a grocery store within walking distance and I appreciated that the room had a fridge and microwave. The casino and other downtown spots are within a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. It's not in the middle of it all but it's close enough if you don't mind walking. Most things are a very short drive away otherwise. There is a breakfast served until 9:30am and I was...

"Great service"

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was clean although the furniture could use an update. There was only one elevator but never had to wait long for it. The room was a good size and was relatively clean, but could have used a refresh. I liked that there was just a shower and no bathtub, but there were no grab handles in the shower stall. There were also no hooks on the back of the door and the bathroom, like the room, could use a refresh. There was also quite a bit of noise from...

"Everything!"

"After many hours on the road we looked fwd to relaxing in our room. We had stayed here twice before. It was different this time. We checked in and went to the room to find the door was open (resting open on the deadbolt). The bed wasn't done right, the floors, counters and bathroom were messy, and it was obvious nobody had cleaned/prepped the room, or they half did the bed, and then left, is what it appeared. We immediately called the front desk to find they had no other rooms. Rather than take...

"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had the issues that I experienced on this stay. I always check in early I call the property before and they tell me yes or no well this time I had to pay a $15 early check in fee. Secondly the first room we were given the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and we were told a house keeping attendant was not available and given things to clean it ourselves. After the cleaning agents the hotel supplied didn’t do much so we were switched to a...

"Everything was great. I don’t really see the purpose of paying for parking though. Good stay overall"
