"The property was good, the room was clean and comfortable. When I arrived the elevator was down for maintenance and I had a huge trunk suitcase that I had to haul up 4 flights of stairs. The check in person could have cared less and did not offer me a lower room or any alternatives, just, I'm sorry! I was not happy about that at all. "

"I like to go here because it is close to family, and can have a hide-a-bed couch. Always polite and helpful staff. Only issue ran into was the shower, the water would not stay in, and got floor very wet. This apparently has been an issue for a while, because the tiles in front of toilet are loose and wobbly. Otherwise great stay! "

"The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. They had a very nice breakfast spread and it was attended to throughout so they didn’t run out of anything. I had a very pleasant stay there and would be happy to stay there again!"
