"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"A short 1 night stopover in this hostel ., staff member at reception was very pleasant and gave details very precisely ., room was for 4 people large enough .. bathroom and shared shower facilities on same floor and were sufficient . Overall it’s a well run hostel with a good transport links to travel the city 👍"

"No receptionist that we can talk and help us to check in & check out personally. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us. "

"Beds were very comfortable, shower and bathroom were workable but small, folks working there were extra helpful, the hotel itself was older, but overall good for the price. Discounts given for several nearby resturants, free parking in nearby parking lots although parking spaces were tight for larger cars. There was no airconditioning, which means windows had to be left open when weather was hot, and the garbage trucks and buses were too loud early in the morning and late at night. We enjoyed...

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "
