"The room was great, very comfortable. A very unique property, I'd absolutely stay again. The only downside was the bar and restaurant being closed. There are a lot of options for food and drinks in the area."

"Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel is in desperate need of some major updates and maintenance. Our room had peeling paint, and areas of the ceiling that had clearly been patched were already peeling again. The stand holding the microwave and refrigerator was also broken. The pool area wasn’t much better. There was a hose running into the pool, and the hot tub was out of service with construction materials covering it. "Everyone there is so helpful and sweet. It was so convenient being able to do everything we needed. Breakfast was good and drinks were always fresh. I can't rave enough about all the staff! They're amazing! Would definitely stay again."

"Decent rate and adequate lodging. I'd stay there again except Clinton Iowa has a BO problem."

"dog friendly, restaurant convenient and good. Ideal for traveling with a dog. No need to leave the property for a one night stay."

"Sad to say it was run down and in bad shape. Window broken, just taped.Holes in the wall.Crack in the bottom of the bathtub, didn't even want to take a bath or shower, also dirty. Carpet stained and there as a musty smell. The only time you got staff you had to dial 0 on the desk phone."

"Loved the jetted tub...This was the first time I ever experienced one!!! I made certain almost daily I was inside! Staff was courteous and helpful. Quiet, spacious. Solo traveler."

"We were greeted with friendly and very helpful staff from the minute we walked in the doors. He even helped us with our luggage, and phoned us after we left to be sure we had a pleasant stay at his hotel - Budget Inn in DeWitt Iowa. We would recommend staying at this place, and we will stay here again in the future."

"Minimal amenities but clean and quiet."
