"Near to the station (& the High Street is almost on your doorstep). Great town & hotel is in easy reach of various attractions (maybe a lick of paint in the room wouldn’t hurt, but beds comfy). We went to a day festival at Vivary Park, which is a 15-20 min walk. It did rain, but everything dried out in our room overnight (Room 40 is above the Boiler Room). We used a fan & opened window.

"Great value for money. I stayed really last minute for two nights. I didn’t expect much at all but was pleasantly surprised. The check in went by phone. It would have been easier if I’d gotten the explanation in the mail. But the person I spoke to was really helpful and did her best to help me through it all.

"Room was terrible very small could hardly walk round the bed. Shower had lots of Black mould no ventilation, the bed was shocking desperately need a new mattress, very uncomfortable, lots of cobwebs everywhere and because there were no windows you could open was very musty. "Very clean , nice room. Becuase there were no staff and I had one minor issue i contacted them, and got back to me quickly and helped me. Some of the rooms don’t specify clearly which kitchen utilities there are, and I think that could be useful for some people. Overall, great stay, i recommend if your travelling for work or visiting as it comes with the necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, enough toilet roll, towels ect"
"No windows, no light, no fresh air. The room was clean. But your front door opens onto a common area, where three German hipsters were making dinner in the kitchenette, playing pool and watching TV loudly all night. There’s no soundproofing, so be prepared for a roommates vibe.
Digital check-in. Not a single staff member on site. I needed help with my room. I texted and called for four hours. Only at 10p did they finally get back to me. “Our phone lines aren’t working properly.” Sure.
