"冷蔵庫のコンセントが壊れていて冷蔵庫が使えませんでした。エアコンをも送風だけで冷風ではありませんでした。"

"Best part was the view of the patronas towers from my room. Room was spacious and comfy. Lots of shops around & food options in the shopping centre opposite. Is about 30mins walk to the main attractions"

"Staffs very helpful , eg helping to get rid of flying insects in my room and also replaced towels and pillow case when requested. Security is good due to heaps of CCTV surveillance systems as well as card activated entry for residents only. "Great location for shopping, traveling amd access"

Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable"
