They have no elevator and did accommodate me needing a first floor room due to mobility issues -- but I had to...

"Bathroom had poo in the toilet and the bed was slept in. The rest of the room looked clean. Staff moved us to another room with stained chair and nasty remote and hairballs on carpet. We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice."
