"My original room had no hot water in the shower, they immediately moved my room. The staff was great."

"First room provided the a/c did not function and the room smelled like pet urine and musty. Then the second room's front door had a huge gap along the frame, smelled equally unpleasant, the bathroom's tub had cigarette burns including black mold stains and chipped paint. The sink was clogged (slow drain). The beds had no comforters and the sheets looked used and unwashed with stains. "The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was hair all over the room and bathroom which was very gross and the room reeked of chlorine to the point where it was hard to breathe without feeling like your nostrils weren’t burning and your head wasn’t pounding. I found a spider on my bed and there was a white substance on the head board. People next door were heard screaming and yelling and throwing things at the wall."
