"The hotel is a family owned hotel and Marco at reception is incredible. He is so very helpful with all your questions. They have a great breakfast buffet included and make a mean Gin and Tonic for only 5 euros!! The rooms are beautiful, you can tell have just been remodeling but only 2 drawers in the whole room. It was tough dealing with all our clothes. Lastly there are no amenities, only small bars of cheap travel soap. Maybe thats the Italian norm because we went to Rome and their hotel...

"For what you pay this place is great. It’s not luxury and does have somewhat motel vibes. However, it was very clean and the staff was helpful. The tv was small, mattress was not as good as I’m used to, but you could tell that although maybe the owner doesn’t have a ton of money to put into the place they do a good job maintaining what they have. "The best thing about this property is the proximity to public transit. However, the city center is known to be filled with pick pockets and hustlers. Knowing this, we purchased pepper spray and purposely divided our money for safety. We never expected to be robbed by hotel staff which is exactly what happened. $180 Euro was taken while we were out for the day and the room was cleaned.
