"We booked a room for one of our engineers. When he arrived they were full booked and had no rooms available for our employee. They didn’t offer to help find him another hotel. We called them with the booking reference same one our employee had shown and still no room at the inn. Totality disappointed with the staff and hotel"

"I had a pleasant stay in a clean and spacious room that was also equipped with an extremely well functioning fan. The proximity of the restaurant was very practical. Staying in the premier inn is always a good value for money option and you get what you expect."
