"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."

The staff was super helpful and the location is super walkable to many public transport options. Our main downside was the street noise and church bells that rang hourly through the night."

"This is our second time staying here. It’s a good location if you’re traveling by train or car. The Check-In is much different than our stay 3 years ago. No one is on staff for check-in and the QR code process is a little awkward but we figured it out. There was an older couple that accidentally booked the incorrect dates for their trip and were “kicked out” of their room on what they thought was their 3rd night. They’d been gone all day doing tourist stuff, came back to the hotel at 20:30 to...
"1. lost the electric power in the restaurant and microwave machine - hotel told the power breaker was off last night - no excuses
2. Sound of mice in the wall
3. Two lights in the room were lost power connection
4. Room keys are heavy like India Punjab warehouse keys - needs to lock the room door manually for sleep. Then needs to open to move out to the bathroom
5. Every lights are not bright enough - line the lights of mine"
