"There were a couple hiccups I will list here but I also want to say there were the same issues at many other hotels in the area at the same time so this seems to be the norm at the moment. Our room was not ready at check in however Mickey at the front desk was awesome and kept in contact with us while we waited. We were able to head to the pools until we could get pin to our room. The staff was working hard to get rooms ready but it appears they may be short staffed just like every other...

"The toilet hnadle eas messed up and you had to jiggle it to get it go actually fill after flushing, the nathroom door looked like someone broke through it. But other than that it was decent. Brds were comfortable and the room was pretty big. Service was awesome and staff was friendly. Over all a great stay!"

"It was good, if you have children it was equipped with a microwave and full fridge, and coffee machine which is my thing all day, It was cozy and comfy…the only thing I didn’t like was the pool area, small and not well kept, overall I would stay again."

"I liked that we had beach chairs available when going down to the beach. The front desk people were so nice and helpful! The cleaning services people were also very nice and provided great customer service. Im so glad we picked to stay here, especially for my kids first trip to ocmd! "

"The room was very small but clean. Double beds were agains each wall with about two feet between them. Not an issue because we weren’t in it often. The bathroom was also small. Had to sit sideways on the toilet because a corner sink was in the way. Shower was nice but small. The hallways looked worn like an old lodge. The lobby was really nice and spacious. Plenty of sitting room. The porch out front had rocking chairs and faces the ocean. It was really nice sitting there feeling the breeze and...

"I like the updates they did to this hotel. I like that they put floors and removed carpeting in the rooms. I think it’s more sanitary and it looks more modern. However, the bathroom needs to be updated as well and the hallways, but the front desk and reception area look nice. The check in was smooth and the person working at the front desk was very pleasant and gave us a nice welcome gift bag which contained two water bottles and a couple of trail mix packages. That was nice. "
