"It’s a quaint little town and it was because we were too tired to go any further. For the price, it was a good value. I read the reviews and I was prepared for a worse experience. I did notice that the upstairs rooms were rated slightly better than downstairs so we opted to climb. The room was clean. Beds were soft. Air conditioner worked good. "

"Fantastic stay. Beds, pillows, sheets, and blankets were what you'd find at a higher quality hotel. Super nice. Room recently remodeled. Bathroom was old but it was more than fine. For those that talk about a musty smell in the room I'm pretty sure that's just part of being in the south. Once the AC cools the room off it's fine. Staff was very friendly.
