"The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days."

"The hotel is not called Las Palmas, the name on the front is Palm Beach, which is very confusing. The parking (that you pay £10 for) is a bit of a joke as there is only about 5 spaces for at least 36 rooms and I had to park on the grass. They did say there was other parking near by if there is no space. Our room was very warm with no fan/air conditioning and the window did not stay open. There was also a blind missing so was very bright in the morning. Our shower had one...

"The common area was clean as was the linen. Staff was non existent did not realise was a self service accomodation. Parking was there but I did not need it. The room carpet could do with shampoo and the cupboard with dusting . The bathroom fixture though looked new could do with upgrade.. ."
