"The hotel was great. The only issues the fridge. I put 2 bottles of Coke zero in there and when I went to get one it was frozen solid. No real big issue. I reported it and I’m sure they will fix the problem. I just had to buy another drink as I was thirsty 😁"

"There is nothing around this hotel - shops, restaurants. It is in a business area. Airport shuttle stops at 9pm and doesn’t start till 7am. Be aware for any early or late flights. "

"Kind front desk, helpful in details aboit hotel & parking. Room was spacious , clean and had great ammenities. Very quiet no oitside noise, comfortable bed and linens were cozy.Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Parking was very convenient close to back entrance doors easy access to elavators. Comfortale dining room, wonderful selection and quality food choices. Overall i would definately stay again."

"Despite my lower rating I really enjoyed my stay. The area is a little rough and there are quite a few homeless folks out and about. No one was mean or anything. Walkable to a Dennys that has great staff. I would absolutely stay here again, but may not be for everyone. "

"No notice of the closure of the ramp off the interstate. When calling for directions the staff member had no idea how to direct us and left us hanging on the phone. Luckily we eventually figured out how to get to the hotel. It was 15 minutes later and the staff never came back on the phone, even to find out if we were ok or to say she was trying to get directions. Staff should have a better working knowledge of the area, street names etc…"
