"No one was at the desk to check in hottub didn’t work rooms were dirty the tub had to be run 3 times just to use it said we got an upgraded room that we were not informed about and because they were overbooked and had to give us a better room they took away the tv because we were “last minute reservation” and didn’t pay for it when it was included in the original pricing even though we booked a week in advance. They were supposed to give us a refund because we left within the first 4 hours of...

"Nice view of the lake. Easy parking. Staff were nice and the room was good. The bathtub wasn't pristine by any stretch. The property needs an update badly, but I understand that's costly. It was a solid stay for a driving trip in upstate NY on a holiday weekend."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The hotel was super clean and our room was very nice. Breakfast was good , sad we couldn’t enjoy the bar but most likely next time . Got a cute t shirt . Very pretty property"

"Stayed for 4 days and never seen my room cleaned or bath towels changed out. Breakfast was at a minimum, not much to choose from. Hot coffee only in the morning, seemed to be warm or none at all in the afternoon and was removed in the evening. Floors always looked unswept, outside landscape unkept, no flowers and I was there on the Memorial Day weekend and no American flag on the pole."

"Very clean, everywhere even the parking lot! We had such a lovely woman check us in that was so helpful and even attentive to my daughter, gave her some fruit snacks - sounds small but those things really make such a difference in the atmosphere and positive of a time it was. The breakfast was amazing. All around I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to stay in Jamestown. We will be back if the future!"
