Positives: - price - kitchenette & fridge - rocky beach offers great sunset view - easy parking - above average sound proofing between rooms Negatives: - old property with some of the equipment showing its age: couldn't close bathroom window for example - no range hood for kitchenette: we had the smoke detector go off once by toasting bread Overall, I can recommend the motel."

"Pro.. the room was large and very clean. The staff was excellent. Con.. soundproofing from the room directly above us was non existent. It sounded like work boots pacing back and forth. The mattresses were due to be replaced. The air conditioner wasn’t attached to the outside vent. I connected it no problem. Still a gem but just needs a little polish. "
