"It was very nice. Only 1 night I had my 3 young grandkids. This room worked perfect for us. It’s an older hotel but it’s very well kept. Could use a few upgrades but nothing major. The breakfast was good. We were in a No Smoking room but it did still have old cigarette smell but that’s almost every older hotel even if it’s non smoking. They had a nice covered area for with outdoor seating and tables. Overall it was good and the staff was Great. The front desk was so nice. "

"I like that it was convenient to everything. Waffle House right next door in case we had to ditch breakfast. No need because it was good compared to other hotels. Pool was a little dirty but I’m sure it was because of the rain that day. Room was decent bed was comfier than others. "

"A gentleman named Michael checked us in Sunday evening; super efficient and friendly. Each employee we came across had a friendly Hello as they passed us by. The rooms were surprisingly quiet although closing room doors tended to be loud - the way the locks work I guess. Super enjoyable stay in a location we'd never been to."

"Nice, conveniently located hotel. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable king bed and clean room. My only complaint was breakfast. 6:30-9:30. We came down around 9:00am. There was no coffee at all. We asked about it and were told the machine in the back was broken. Several people asked and were given different answers. The food area was a mess, with spills and trash on the floor. There were 2-3 workers standing in the kitchen area, laughing, etc. Several customers were...

"Convenient to Fair Hope dining and shopping. Renovations in progress so the property had construction dumpsters by our building. Staff was very friendly . Enjoyed our stay. "

"Hotel needs some attention on the interior. Room was ok bedding is worn & was very wrinkled. Only 2 towels in the bathroom. Scuff marks everywhere. A/c in our room was fine but the hotel & elevator was warm. There was a huge hose in the hall,when we were leaving, we had to lift our luggage over it in 2 places. Breakfast options were slim even though there were empty trays, bowls, only 4 yogurts & they weren’t refilling & they were still open for at least another hour."
