"Horrible"

"Nothing stood out as good. I was initially in room 3. There was not even a coat hook. I had nowhere to hang my shirts. There was also no bedside lamp and no lightswitch within reach of the bed. The shower had no bracket so was not self supporting. When I complained about this they did relocate me to Room 2 which had a functioning shower and did have a hanging rail. In both rooms, the amount of noise from the plumbing was very intrusive. I was woken at 4am by the very loud sounds of...

"Decent place to stay , delicious food at Javatri"

"This is my 2nd visit to this lovely hotel, it’s nice, clean and perfect location. The staff are lovely."

"Two beds provided, can hear the noise next door. It said it was ‘No Smoking’, but the staff could do nothing when the man next door kept smoking!"

"There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. We eventually go a refund from Expedia for set room. Didn't enjoy the experience. Was made to feel I made the...

"Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"Very peaceful"

"Room and amenities was ok but the corridor on the 6th floor smelled like it was directly connected to the restaurant kitchen ventilation, and had been so for several years. Also our room had a slightly “funky” smell and since you can’t open the window to ventilate the room you just have to live with it… Parking garage was fine but if you have a larger car or SUV you might need to a bit careful when entering and exiting the garage since it demands some care negotiating the turns going up or down...

"Was already packed and in Slough to check in and was told at 430pm on the day of check in that my booking had been cancelled even though I paid for it in full 2months prior!! NO email or call or notification was given to me that it had been cancelled!! The owner was no help and had no clue as to why the payment hadn't reached him even though the monies were deducted from my account!! Absolute disgrace!! Avoid at all costs!!"

"The host is an amazing person. Really take care of every detail. The breakfast was way better than any luxurious hotel, because also was having a kindly touch. My husband and I were happy. Obviously there are not “elevator” to take big luggage at the second floor, but it was worth the effort. 😉"

"Comfy room. I like thay family rooms at Premier inn have 2 twin beds plus double. Breakfast decent"
