"When I booked there was only 1 review posted from what I can now only conclude was an idiot. Of course this is Student accommodation, but don't be put off. It is brand new, spotless and as I found out ideal for a solo traveller. I booked it for a football match at Wembley and the location could not be better. Loads of food outlets, supermarkets, bars . The shower was spotless, you get a small kitchen with plates & utensils. Fridge and microwave. The price per night it was amazing. The greeting...

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view was beautiful. The onsite pub and restaurant had just closed down , which meant a walk alongside the lake which was only a few minutes, to the pub restaurant next to a Premier inn. There was a lot of activity on the lake when we arrived and other activities advertised on site. This was only a stopover for us but was pleasant "

I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. "The location is right next to Luton airport. I used it for my early morning flight. I was impressed with how well stocked the room was, there was water and Pepsi max in the fridge. The house had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend for a short or long stay. "

But the bathroom is facing another window and it doesn’t have any blinds/ curtains or tinting so you can just see straight in to the bathroom (Everything is on show) there was also no mugs with the kettle in the room, so don’t really see its use.
