"Everything about the hotel was one except a hockey team were staying there and doors constantly banged all night and very early next morning. Then everyone greeted each oth right outside our door with loud good mornings. Other issue was weird square lumpy pillows which were far too thick. They were like the pillows you would have on a couch Thus NO sleep"

"The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Took an interest in my reason for coming to Brantford. Offered to help move my bags, if I needed, as I am a senior woman traveling alone. I had to change my reservations twice due to unforseen circumstances, and was treated kindly. Overall a great experience."

"Completely renovated in 2024. Looks brand new. Excellent staff, very spacious room, great breakfast, and fabulous value. Quiet and nice location."

"Reception was very nice. Clean room and hot breakfast in the morning"

"Extensive work going on currently. Nowhere close to a value booking."
