"Living Cockroaches in the room. Shower was messy and the sink was gross. I usually don’t mind living in less than ideal conditions but this room was just gross and uncomfortable to sleep in."

"Great hotel love the city of Montgomery al"

"The staff was wonderful. For breakfast one of the cooks didn’t show up and a lady who doesn’t and hasn’t done it before. She did it and she did a wonderful job at it! 💗"

"Clean room, staff really friendly"

"There was no breakfast, the noise was terrible, someone screaming and banging on a door a few room down from us Saturday night. Someone ended up calling the police. The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work the best. But my biggest complaint is the no breakfast."

"Some decent amenities and staff was very good. However, elevator was not working at all and we had 2nd floor rooms. Ice machine was also not working so we had to go through staff to get ice. Carpet seemed a bit old and dirty. A bit dusty in places. And a large humidifier was parked in the hallway. The employees did what they could, but we will not stay there again."
