"The hotel is a very old mill from the 1600’s. You have to duck through the doorways and my husband could not stand up without hitting his head on a beam or the ceiling. "Booked on the day and confirmation came through.
On arrival at the property I hadn’t received the access code. After several phone calls and a chat with a Virtual Assistant. It transpired that the room was occupied. Expedia when contacted apologised and said

"I like how my room 13 is well ventilated. The kitchen needs to be improved upon, especially the hygiene of the fridge. The fridge is just too dirty for me, with lots of stuff that isn't supposed to be in it. The hygiene of the toilet and bathroom can improved upon, as it's always a work in progress. Lastly there's no good kettle to boil water"
