"The Inn at the Finger Lakes was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for an overnight staying in the Skaneateles Lake area. We arrived @7pm and were surprised to see no desk staff working. But the “remote check in” seemed to work fine!"

"I liked how close the hotel was to shopping and they had available rooms for the Ithaca graduation we were attending. There were a few sticky spots on the carpet in the room. Also, I specifically asked for a rollaway bed at check-in and when we returned from dinner, there wasn't one in the room. So my husband called the front desk and they said they didn't know anything about it."
