"Had a great stay"

"Great staff. Nice breakfast choices"

"This is a great little gem! Clean, well maintained, Great staff. Close to Salmon Arm with a quick drive in to town."

"Our bed was lumpy, the fridge freezer needs to be defrost. There was so much frost in there that the door on the freezer would not shut. The sheets weren’t very old and worn. The towels were stained was not impressed."

"DI-SAS-TER! The property is under renovation and THEY WERE NOT TAKING GUESTS IN!!!! I HAD A RESERVATION THAT THEY DID NOT HONOUR. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS HAPPENS BUT SOMEONE HAS TO GIVE ME SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION AS I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER ACCOMODATION AT 6 PM ON THE DAY MY RESERVATION STARTED! EITHER EXPEDIA OR JADE MOTEL HAS TO COME UP WITH SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THEIR MISTAKE."

"Don't go here. Missing lights and lampshades, holes in wall, tarp for screen for the sliding door, random parts of a Crock-Pot lying around, floorboards separating, a heater that doesn't work and has parts off of it. There was also a hole in the window covered with a Band-Aid."

"Floor and radiator badly in need of washing."
