"The front Desk lady was so sweet on the phone and when we were there. The breakfast was great. Accommodating us needing two rooms side by side was perfect. I was very impressed."

"It was quiet, the general manager was super nice what didn’t go well was me booking through Expedia because the lady said I had to wait 3 days for my refund and the general manager from the hotel said that wasn’t true "

"Staff was wonderful, room was very very clean which is a must have when we travel. Room was a good size but very sparse for the cost. If we could have managed being further from the Town Center we could have had a suite with a couch and other comfortable seating and even a full kitchen at other hotels at a lower cost. We had a two night minimum yet our room was not cleaned and serviced after the first night. "

"This was my second stay at the property. I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and was told it was over booked that morning so i asked for another room w a tub as i needed to soak for medical reasons as I have a terrible pain condition/disability and had rented the room near a faire I was working and was already in a ton of pain. Not even a tub in room I was given altho accommodated to first floor as there's no elevator! Very disappointed!! Homeless people begging outside the side doors, parking...

"Cleanliness of the room. The only thing the AC, it needed to be cleaned and the front cover was loose. Also the remote for the TV didn't work. Overall we had a good stay. "

"Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a first floor room next to an outdoor ac unit which caused ALOT of noise throughout the evening. This was tough with a toddler. Easy walk to Sesame Place. Quiet and clean pool area. The mattresses were a bit hard but other than that the room was comfortable. "
