"This hotel has really poor ventilation system in the bathroom. There was not an actual fan only a small vent that could not remove the humidity after showering. This became an issue as the room was extremely humid and uncomfortable. The room had a balcony and so we decided to open the door to create a draft but there were people smoking and vaping on the other balconies and we had to close the door. The ice machine was out of order the entire week of our stay there."

"The man at customer service was great. The problem was the room conditions. There was water spots, areas that were miffed and sanded that needed to be painted and in my room remote kept going on and off. "
