"3rd week here, my room wouldn't get hot water the whole time. Only a trickle of water with no pessure coming out of shower head, only luke-warm. No fresh towels available for 2 days as they were wet. Tv in chinese, remote too, fan goes off when light turned off. No fridge, noisy neigbourhood with roosters crowing all night and dogs barking nonstop. Also sounds from casino, non stop beeping all night and day. Some staff were nice, and helpful sometimes. "Lisa the manager is incredible!!! The staff work so hard to make you feel at home. The area is great close to town with buses coming by often and a sports facility right across the street––I got a pass to play tennis for the week for pretty cheap. Great place"
