"Location was walkable to and from train station. We didn't spend much time in the area, was a stop over for us, but looked like the property was in a good location for access to city sights and restaurant options.
Check in and out were easy using the instructions provided by the host."
"No Mountain View as stated for BOTH rooms . Receptionist spoke hardly any English and we had to communicate in our limited French !!
3 times we had to get the room keys reset as it locked us out of our rooms .
Trying to complain would of been a waste of time due to the language barrier"

Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen.
Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien."

Ridiculous staging of the room which is supposed to be medieval (colors, decoration, bathtub, etc). I did not felt agreeable in this setting.
Minimal service.
However, the bed was excellent which is the most important."
