"The night staff and day staff were both excellent, although they seem to have many duties beside the front desk--I saw the same person taking care of the breakfast buffet, the front desk and helping housekeeping--that lady is a gem--if I had a hotel, I'd try to hire her away from them. The room was clean. I just wish at the breakfast buffet: a. they had peanut butter. They have orange marmalade. I'd expect to see that in lieu of peanut butter in Britain, but not in the USA. b. they had...

"The room was very neat and clean, and the bathroom very nice too. Most pleasant was how simple, quiet, and responsive the AC/Heater unit was. When we turned the thermostat up, we heard it change from AC to heat right away. The window had a daytime shade and a nighttime shade. The view of the river was serene. Breakfast buffet was great! The snack room had a large variety of items and drinks."
