"Yes the room was ok , the television wasn't working altough the manager let me watch the tv in the room next door as it was unoccupied also I couldnt lock the door from the outside "

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Whole hotel needs an update, room carpet dirty, bathroom dirty. Wanted id when we arrived wasn’t told that when booked online with Expedia. But I don’t carry id so excepted the email confirmation when booked. Bed was hard, uncomfortable but for 1 night was ok! Noise from the road kept us awake and a blue light shining into our room all night from the hotel next door. We left at 7am due to lack of sleep. Beach close by and shops. "

"Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website."

"We had a lovely stay and were made to feel extremely welcome. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Walking distance from town and close to multi-storey carpark, which was useful. There was a great selection for breakfast and it was possible to choose what you wanted for a cooked breakfast. Fantastic, quirky stay with mugshots of criminals lining the walls and prison doors into rooms. Would definitely stay again"

"The property didnt actually exist when i arrived there i knocked door was greeted by the tenant who live in the property she gave me a number to call as number guven by expedia didnt work the hist returned my call and arranged to put me up in another property which was really helpful but the condition of alternatu e property was disgusting stains on Sheets pullows with no pillow cases carpet ripped torn and worn the bathroom was a health hazard with stai s i. "This property is newly funished, but needs a little more attention. Its missing a few items, that you would expect in a hotel room. Such as a TV for this room. The kitchenette is fine to wash up plates after a takeaway, but could do with a tea towel. Coffee and tea making facilities are great. The bathroom needs a mirror, bath mat and some shower gel for guests staying for a short amount of time. The floor is actually tiled so you may want to bring other indoor shoes.
