"Terrible"

"There was no towels in my room, front seat was very helpful though. Unit was just inconvenient because I was tired and didn’t want to go back after getting to my room. There’s no coffee maker in the room which if I’m paying a good amount even cheap hotels have coffee makers. And most places that have kitchens have stuff to use to cook with. I just feel like the place wasn’t worth why I paid for. The laundry room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean either."

"It was a great hotel. Getting the suite was definitely worth it. We would stay here again on our next visit."

"It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good"

"Great value for the price. Good location minutes away from the historic State Street. Basic amenities.Needs some maintenance: bathroom sink drained slowly and one entrance door out of order. Coffee was good. We could have used some tissues in our room."

"We were locked out after the first night. Room not cleaned, smelled of dog and smoking, tub stopper broken, staff made excuses referencing "Covid???" Walked away even though 2nd night was paid. RUN, RUN, RUN."

"They will scam you. They will keep your deposit if you use a wash cloth to wash your face and makeup gets on it. They have roaches. They will lie and accuse you of smoking in the room so they can also keep your deposit. I would sleep in my car or under a bridge before I stayed there again. Do not waste your money. Staff is also rude and not helpful in the least. Stay away. 1 out of 10, do not recommend."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Every room in our group had issues, including clogged toilets, showers that did not drain properly, and sinks where the water would barely go down. The rooms also looked dirty and poorly maintained, and even the towels did not appear to be properly cleaned. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance standards that any hotel should meet, regardless of its price or rating. It was unpleasant and frustrating to experience the same problems across...

"Rooms not properly maintained."
