"They seem to do the best they could with what they had. it appeared that they were under staffed. I traveled with my family with our toddler and what we notice was the rugs in the room had a smell like dogs had been there. Strongly suggest if hotel offers pet friendly accommodations GET RID of rugs."

"Very comfortable and clean"

"I don't eat pork so the breakfast was basically continental in the end. I had a problem with the hot tub and the staff was attentive, but I had to go to them, rather than them coming to me to resolve the issue. I did not particularly like having to go out at night and walk to the office since I was travelling alone. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet."

"The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was leaking . Gouges in the wall. Coffee was good"

"This is the best hotel with the absolute friendliness staff I’ve ever encountered when out of town. I have stayed here several times. Excellent gym facilities. And the coffee is excellent"

"Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful."

"Comfortable"

"🤗"

"IF you do not need a clothes rack to hang your clothes on then this is the place for you! I recommend spending the extra $10 to $20 and have a clothes rack and a place to set your luggage to open conveniently! 6am alarm clock of a commercial vehicle backing up to the office door beeping loudly! room was clean yes! the plasma TV color driver was on its last leg very little color mainly pastel barely above black and white status! Spend the extra money you will thank me later!"
