"We chose this hotel knowing it was not a five-star property, and we had reasonable expectations given the price. The check-in process was smooth, the reception area was pleasant, and the hotel initially appeared clean and well organized. Unfortunately, several issues during our stay significantly affected our experience, particularly the lack of customer service, maintenance problems, and the absence of basic guest assistance. Difficult Access to Family Rooms We booked a family room for five...

"Old building with rotting windows."

"We took one of the attic rooms which has a lovely vibe (we just had overnight bags so the stairs were no problem). The room was clean and the bed comfortable - we had a great night's sleep. The area around is good and just a short walk along the river to the centre. We parked nearby at St Michael's which was 31eur per 24h (10/2026)."

"It was sort of not around any good places to eat. No places to store your luggage or to place it. We had to leave the suitcases on the floor. The Bathroom was pretty awesome."

"DO NOT STAY HERE - COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING! The "Deluxe" Double Room does not have its own bathroom - this fact is not shown in the headline and is buried in the listing. I arrived at 9 pm to a dark house and was shown a room without a bathroom. I asked where it was and was told it was in the hall and was shared with another room. I was shocked but the woman showing me the room told me that the other room was not taken. I figured it was not that bad and acquiesced. However, at one in the...
