"I booked this room for my sister from out of town. The rooms were well maintained and staff were very helpful. When the heat wasn’t working in the room, she was immediately switched to a new room and upgraded as well. Underground parking and breakfast was included. The hotel was located centrally and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. There’s a restaurant and games centre in the hotel making it great for families with children. I would definitely recommend to anyone...

"Overall good with affordable price"

"Room was very clean, basic but just to rest your head for the night it’s very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Comfortable room, close to restaurants"

"This is likely the best hotel in Sault Ste. Marie. It’s clean, the most up to date, and importantly has by far the best included free breakfast with lots of good options, tasty or healthy. Rooms were clean, service was quick, and the other people staying here were friendly and working professionals and families. You can find cheaper lodging, but I would pay the slight increase for the exponential quality breakfast."

"You get what you pay for. Looks like many things were "renovated" but definitely on the cheap. The bed was very unstable and the 3 pillows had less volume than a single pillow."

"From the outside nice looking old hotel. Inside it was rundown and not the cleanest. We only had one towel and the coffee maker still had old grounds in it. No where to hang clothes or even put your luggage"
