Communication with property manager was excellent!Only thing that could be improved was having outdoor furniture and somewhere to hang clothes/unpack suitcases in bunk room. Just know that even though the treehouse sleeps 7 comfortably, the main sitting area and dining table can only accommodate 4 for gathering. Enjoyed our stay!. "

"No hot water and he couldn’t get the gas turned on while we were there. So we had to leave, he stated he would return our trip, but still no progress or response on that. Cute place could use some maintenance with one ac and light fixtures. Would have been fine if the owner would have responded better and most of all had hot water.. good luck. "

"9 buddies and I stayed here for a golf trip, and it was perfect for us. Beautiful backyard, rooms were as advertised, home itself was very nice, AC worked great, host was very helpful in pointing us to some nice golf courses, and he was very communicative when we needed him to be but left us alone otherwise. Grateful to Dallas for letting us use his place, easy check-in instructions and very reasonable check-out instructions. would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to...

"When we booked a relatively low cost stay, we didn’t expect anything particularly memorable. But we also didn’t expect to be surprised by bugs in each room — the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the closets, the kitchen. Not sure if this is a product of uncleanliness or just neglect. This property is run by a huge property management company and I doubt it gets much care or attention, and it showed. Furthermore, basic appliances like the dishwasher were broken, and bathrooms were poorly stocked. Will...
