"The breakfast was great! Loved the eggs and home fries and yogurt machine. Aaron, a lead for that area, was so nice and friendly! Every morning asking my sister and I how we were doing. Obviously hard working and wanting the best experience for guests. A real asset. The guys that drove the shuttle were also very nice and picked us up quickly. The front desk staff were also welcoming and friendly. Will be definitely be staying here whenever I visit Buffalo."

"Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return."

"The staff at the front counter were extremely courteous and helpful. They were willing to assist as best as they can with our request and that made our stay very satisfying. The room was clean, parking was not an issue. My only hiccup was the hot water in the shower. It ran out mid way while I was taking a shower. I did not say anything to the staff because they were so good throughout my stay, I didn’t want them to feel that it was something they did. On another positive note, I had forgotten...

"Breakfast is better than normal motel fare. Rooms are good, pool was good, and location of right next to main street but quiet. However, no room cleaning, our hvac unit we in a sorry state of affairs and sofa bed and roll away bed were very uncomfortable."

"My room looked as if (they) the motel took out one of the beds. The room looked empty and cheap to me. Also, I saw that they (the motel) painted a small part of the wall. However, the paint they used did not match the original paint."
