"A bit old and dingy and cramped, but clean. There was no info sheet in the room so difficult to find the WiFi password. Not very private and quiet as it was more like an Inn with a number of other guests in adjacent rooms that one could hear.
The owner met me at the door which was a nice touch. Parking was great. Price for a quick one night stop and early morning start was about right."
"Für ein B&B absolut top. Es gibt eine große Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein Wohn- und Gemeinschaftszimmer. Bad en suite.
Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustür, im Zentrum von Oban ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Man bekommt auch gute Tipps, wo man gut essen kann.
Ein sehr gutes B&B eben."
"If you only need to sleep and bathe for a night or two then it’s fine, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and an alarm going off in the hallway of the main building. It is ideally located but we saw tons of other guest houses and hotels."
"Room was very clean and spacious
Bed and pillows were very comfortable
Settee also in room so could sit comfortably
Plenty of hot drink sachets
Breakfast was unavailable during our stay so unable to comment- we were informed though
Toilet cistern was slow fill and quite noisy
Would stay again"

The unit sits directly beside the noisy A85 trunk road road, there is double glazing but soundproofing is still very poor, as there is constant traffic noise and you can quite clearly hear outside conversations with all windows firmly shut. This means windows can’t really be opened for very long and temperate more difficult to control. The Expedia listing promised an on-site EV charger, which was...
"The Wee Bank House is perfect in every way. So much attention to detail with everything we needed for our short stay in Oban. Lots of extra little touches including a wee dram on arrival, coffee pods and lovely local toiletries. Exceptionally clean and a friendly host. Highly recommend.
"
"Very quiet which was exactly what we needed
Close to the town centre , which meant i could enjoy a drink which is very rare for me .
My partner complained the bed was too hard , i found it to be fine ( she just likes to complain )
Plenty parking round the back .
Would definately return "
