"A very kind receptionist was able to accommodate me in a brand new refurbished room,with a kitchenette facility,as a free upgrade,and at an earlier checking in. That enabled me to continue with the work in a peaceful environment,accompanied by the bird song throughout. Away from the bustle of the city centre,yet very close,within a walking distance,within this part of the conservation area. Definitely great potential there."

"When arriving at the hotel looked lovely from outside went entered the reception look like work was being done lady on reception very nice and helpful had few issues entering the room with plastic key card in the room it was very basic bed tele kettle etc walls dirty and headboard on bed very noisy when moving around .in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling and side of bath the room was very light had a blind but light still came so up early no curtains "

"Accommodation was good. But shower too low for someone over 6'4". Room was flean and adequate. Breakfast could have been a bit better but again adequeate. Receptoon staff very helpful and friendly."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The reason I give four stars is the noise I experienced from the pub downstairs . I could not see where to regulate the heating too. Overall a good place and will be booking regularly."

"It was generally good. Sadly, no nearby shopping point. Then, the sore point was not having hot water to bath on the morning of my departure. But it wasn't totally bad after all. Many thanks Expedia."

"Hotel was good decent dize its not in the same building as the bar, it was across the road so wasnt so bad but there was a stained towl and a weed grinder left in the room from previous guests... otger than that no issues "

"Beds are Very comfortable, very clean and the dsily stock up on Pastry, buscuits and milk ect. Is a brilliant touch. "

"Arrived at the site and could not gain entry, after over an hour of messages and phone calls we finally were able to get in. The provider never sent the proper email which I had to submit to get the instructions and code for the key. Wifi as described in email was not available. Sent a message to provider and never received a response."

"What a great find! Super comfortable and very clean. The host was fabulous- really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely a place we will stay again and we would recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere cosy and clean to stay."
