"The staff was friendly! The breakfast attendant is a great worker, always on task and friendly! Don't know her name, but she ought to be complemented/recognized! The hot tub was lukewarm to say the least. It was quiet, even though it is located right next to the freeway."

"My TV didn't work properly when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk (Jasper I beleive) and he immediately came to my room to check it out, and was unable fix it. He then offered a new room or to wait for a technician. I opted for a new room, which he set up right away. He helped me move my luggage to the new room. I thought he did a super job of quicklly solving this problem."

There was no hairdryer, no dishes included (could've requested them, i found out on the last day) The coffee, was not made correctly(Human error) It had the grounds IN the caraffe/ server someone must've forgot the filter.
