"The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order."

"When we checked in late on Wednesday evening, the gentleman who assisted us was excellent. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made us feel welcome. He was truly brilliant. However, our experience at breakfast the following morning around 9:30am was very disappointing. There was very little breakfast available, only a few croissants left, and there was no coffee or tea. "Check in quick and easy, room lovely and clean,mini bar and snacks avaliable for small cost ,free tea coffees hot chocolate, breakfast avaliable, selection of ceareals,fruit cakes and yoghurt n juices and hot drinks,cooked breakfast if required, great location in centre of town,bars shops in walking distance, a few car park spaces avaliable. "

"Limited parking ,comfortable cozy room there was a bit of a bad odour in the corridor outside the room no where to hang clothes, and shared bathroom but only staying overnight ,clean enough Ideal location when i go to gigs at The Piece Hall only a 5 minute walk away and only a 5 minute walk from the shops ,you let yourself in with a secure code."
