"When we arrived in the afternoon of the 28th the reception staff were brilliant that can't be said of the following morning staff. The room was really nice it was clean and warm ,the dining area was a bit tatty and the food was pretty mediocre "

Sykes were very helpful but unsuccessful in trying to book an alternative property at such short notice. We lost two days of our holiday.
