"friendly staff, comfortable rooms, breakfast a plus."

"Very clean. Helpful staff. Great hot breakfast. Definitely staying there again if I am in Carbondale."

"It was pretty gross, the curtains smelled funny and the mini fridge had all of its shelves stolen or something because it was empty and had no way of keeps drinks in there, the toilet and sink had grim on them and the desk’s drawers looked to be older than the entire room itself"

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Hotel breakfast was clean, hot, and so good compared to other hotels. The lady at the front desk (blond hair) was SO NICE!"

"Not friendly Not helpful"

"We came to visit our son at SIU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and very affordable. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. There's a bar right next to the hotel, which was nice, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and had a good amount of activity. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting SIU!"
